The Private Cam is a webpage where you see naughty live shows, Video On Demand (recorded videos) and where you can chat with men, women and couples on an easy, anonymous and safe way.
The Private Cam is a page which makes it possible to Scandinavian citizens called models in the future, to entertain costumer?s trough the internet. Following terms is fundamental for use of The Private Cam.
1) You have to be at least 18 years old to see the content of The Private Cam.
2) The user has to use own credit cart, all fraud will be reported to the police at the relevant country.
3) The user has to show the models respect. In case that a model feels molested ore violated The Private Cam will close the account and block the connection. The user will receive unused credits but our fee for the transaction will be 50 DDK.
4) The Private Cam is a virtual community, and all physical relations between model and user will force us to suspend the model and close the users account.
All the involved parts will receive their outstanding, but our fee for the transaction will be 50 DDK.
5) The user is 100% responsible, for not given any minor age person access to The Private Cam. The user?s logs in information?s are private, and not legal to hand over to a third person.
It is easy to become a member of The Private Cam. You only have to enter your e-mail, and a username you want to use. As soon you have entered these information?s, you will receive an e-mail with your username and password on a mail, it can take about 5 minutes before you receive your e-mail.
As soon you have your log in informations you will be able to buy credits wich you can use if you want to see live webcam shows, VOD and other products.
Timeout is the times the user can be at the free chat before the user get disconnected.
By default the timeout for members are 5. Min. and for nonmembers 1. Min. On special occasions/events the timeout for members will be upgraded to 10. Min. or more :-)
To pay for services and product at The Private Cam, you have to use credits. You can buy credits with Dankort/Visa Dankort, E-Dankort and Paypal. credits can be bought with

When you use Dankort you will pay a fee on 1.45 DKK + 0.1 % of the taotal amount
There will be no fee when the users use Credits.
To use The Private Cam you have to become a member and buy some credits as payment currency.
As soon you become a member there will be created an account where you will be able to deposit credits. You will be able to buy webcam live shows, VOD and physically product with you credits.
We use CMR (Credit Money Ratio) which is the price for one credit in DDK. The Private Cam has the right to change the CRM with no warning.

At your account you will be able to all your activity which means you have an overview of all your transactions in credits and your currency.

The majority of the models offer VOD that means that you will be able to see a show with the model even when the model is offline.
The price of the VOD depends of which category you have selected. The price will be visible when you select a show. As in the live show you will be charged pr. Second.
The price will be shown in credits, and the price will depends on what kind of show, VOD or product you select.
The price will always be visible when you buy a product.
It is easy to unsubscribe your membership of The Private Cam. You only have to fulfill the unsubscribing form with your name and bank information?s.
As soon we receive these information?s we will handle your enquire. It will take about 5 workdays before you will be able to see your money at your account.
Unused credits will be repaid if wanted. Please contact The Private Cam. There will be a fee for this service (50 DDK). This service will take 5 workdays.
The products that is provided by The Private Cam, are special customized products and therefore not refundable this is supported by Danish law forbrugeraftaleloven § 18 stk. 4.
