Terms for membership of The Private Cam.
  • The user has to be at least 18 years to use services, which are provided at the page.
  • The user has to use own credit cart, all fraud will be reported to the police at the relevant country.
  • The user has to show the models respect. In case that a model feels molested ore violated The Private Cam will close the account and block the connection. The user will receive unused credits but our fee for the transaction will be 50 DDK.
  • The Private Cam is a virtual community, and all physical relations between model and user will force us to suspend the model and close the users account. All the involved parts will receive their outstanding, but our fee for the transaction will be 50 DDK
  • The user is 100% responsible, for not given any minor age person access to The Private Cam. The user?s logs in information?s are private, and not legal to hand over to a third person.
  • The registered user is 100 % responsible of fraud of any kind. E.g. if some body without your accept uses your user account, credits or credit card.
  • It is not possible to insert more than 3.000 DKK in an user account.
  • The user accepts to receive newsletters, and other material on the registered e-mail, but the user can always choose not to receive these mails. This can be done by the user at his/hers administration.
  • It´s very simple to cancel the membership of The Private Cam just fulfill the unsubscribing form and enter your banc information?s inclusive banc name. The transaction will take about 5 work days.
  • Unused credits can be changed to your currency, just send your enquiry to The Private Cam. The administration fee is 50 DDK and the transaction can take about 5 work days.
  • The products that is provided by The Private Cam, are special customized products and therefore not refundable this is supported by Danish law forbrugeraftaleloven § 18 stk. 4.
